Here is a guide to my favorites Michelin starred-restaurants in Paris. All of them are amazing and should be given a try if you spend some days in the city of lights.
Those restaurants provide tasty and creative plates but also space and luxury with an exquisite interior design.
Le Meurice
Le Meurice is an outstanding restaurant that you shouldn’t miss if you’re in Paris.
Located in the beautiful Palace of Tuileries, this restaurant is fully designed with marber and incredible furnitures.
Did you know that the first floor of this palace was the former home of the iconic Salvador Dali?
Romance and gastronomy are the key of the identity of this place.
Every details here has been thought for your wellness. The 3 Michelin Stars menu was created by the legendary Chef Alain Ducasse and reveals the spirit and inspiration of this restaurant.
Each dish of this menu is thinking to respect the product and its real and first taste.
Ingredients are combined to create an harmony in mouth. Carrots, artichoke and other vegetables are sourced from France and grown in compliance with organic agriculture guidelines.
Everything is made to give you the most delicious food experience of your life !

Le Bristol
Le Bristol is also a famous restaurant that you have to try if you are in Paris for some days.
This Michelin Three-Stars restaurant is a wonderful place which combines exceptional dishes, sweet savour, comfort and luxury. This restaurant led by Eric Frechon is near perfection..
In addition to tasty dishes, this restaurant has a magnificent garden for sunny days.
Going to this place during summer, you will enjoy the superb garden view but also the seasonal menu concocted with summer flavors. As a dessert, I recommend you the Apricot from Roussillon roasted with Vanilla and its Oriental sorbet…

L’atelier de Joel Robuchon
Six years ago , L’atelier has been created by Joël Robuchon.
And this restaurant is unique for its design and original conception. In this place, the kitchen is opened to clients.
Installed on a design and luxury bar, you will eat exceptional dishes prepared on your eyes.
The menu is original and proposed a large type of dishes. The concept is to taste different specialities proposed on this menu. dishes are served on little sizings(gastronomic tapas format) so you can try many of them. An invitation to visit many flavours!
The menu is changed according to the seasonal ingredients and daily market products; and it contributes to make this place an original one.

Akrame
It’s in April that the young Chef Akrame Benallal, coming from Tours, opened this place.
A talented student of Pierre Gagnaire and Ferran Adria, this young Chef proposed an atypical, tasty and creative menu. This is a promising gastronomic restaurant.
The design is simple but relaxing. You will enjoy spending a moment in it.
You should try this place which is very cosi and more intimist than others.
I recommend you the egg with chicorée sauce and mushrooms; but also the Gambas with the Dubarry cream..

La Pergolese
Chef Stephane Gaboireau made this restaurant a place of joy and excellent food. This Chef from Lyon welcomes you as a friend and offers you the typical French hospitality.
This place serves an excellent cuisine with a menu inspired by “lyonnaise” specialities. The creation and realisation of all the plates are perfect. Flavors are well balanced and Chef Stephane Gaboireau shows is mastering of the art of cooking through delicious but traditional french gastronomy.
I recommend you the Grenadin de foie-gras with honey and pink praline caramel. Desserts are amazing in this restaurant try at least one of them !
