As every year, the city of light is adorned with its finest attire to celebrate the Christmas holidays, and as every year, millions of onlookers rush to the department stores windows to discover a magical story.
This year, Printemps Haussmann transports you to the farytale universe of Violette and Jules who are teleported during their sleep into an incredible and enchanting adventure.
Everything sparkles and shines thanks to the participation of 3 leading brand partners: Jimmy Choo, David Yurman (who also staged his own pop-up store at the entrance of the Printemps) and Bonpoint.
All of them have surpassed themselves for the delight of children young and old.
Crystal, embroidery, delicacies and fashion accessories adorn the scenes where the usual automatons evolve, wonderfully orchestrated by the artist Peter Diamond.
As usual, two showcases are available to viewers for an interactive digital experience. The enchantment is guaranteed.
The famous tradition of “animated windows” goes back to1865 and draws Parisian, provincial and foreign crowds of all ages to the streets of Paris.
But it is not until the 1920s when it became widespread, and it has now become an each year outbidding of means, that requires the biggest names in design and fashion.
